Ingredients:  
At least four to six eggs, mixed with milk
Fry bacon and crumble it or cut up and fry it
Diced onion to your liking
Diced green pepper to your liking
(You can also add mushrooms if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly saute onion and green pepper in bacon fat or butter
Place aside
Scramble eggs
Stir in green pepper, onion and bacon

Serve with toast and or hash browns
