1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage or sage sausage
2 tbsp chopped onion
6 tbsp flour
1 qt milk
1/2 tea poultry
1/2 tea ground nutmeg
1/4 tea salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
dash of worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage with onions. Then add flour and spices and mix. Add milk and cook until thick and boiling. Serve over your favorite biscuits.
