2-3 hot peppers (whole)
White vinegar (enough to fill the jar you select)

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed peppers in a clean, tall jar or cruet.

Boil enough vinegar to fill the jar. Carefully pour over peppers.

Put the lid on the jar and let sit for a few days to absorb the pepper flavor.

Use as a condiment over cooked greens or black-eyed peas.
