Ingredients:  
1st layer:
2 stix margarine
2 C. flour
1 C. chopped walnuts
Mix together with fork until crumbly. Pour into bottom of 13x9x2" pan and press down evenly. Bake at 350 til lightly browned. Cool completely.
2nd layer:
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. Cool Whip
Mix together til smooth. Spread over 1st layer. Let stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
3rd layer:
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 C. cold milk
Use mixer and beat til slightly thickened. Spread evenly over 2nd layer. (use mixer at medium speed). Let cool & set in refrigerator about 1 hour. Before serving, top with extra Cool Whip.

For a variation;
use 1 small box of vanilla instant pudding & 1 small box of banana instant pudding. Slice 1 banana into mixture.
* garnish with shaved chocolate or chopped walnuts
