8 (palm size) tomatoes -washed, unpeeled, chopped
1 - 29 oz can tomato sauce
4 onions - chopped
1 - 4 oz can green chile's - mild
1 -2 green peppers- chopped
1 -2 jalapenos - chopped
2 tsp. each of salt, chili powder, garlic powder
1 tsp.each of pepper,cumin
2 tbsp. each of sugar & red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook over med/high heat 30 minutes, turn to simmer, put into hot jars.
Boiling bath water 20 min's for pints, 25 min's for quarts.
