Ingredients:  
1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 1/4 cups cubed, ripe avocados (2 med avocados)
2 T chopped cilantro
4 1/2 T lemon juice
6 T olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp Ben's garlic, minced
2 1/2 tsp kosher salt
black pepper to taste
8 large leaves romaine lettuce, torn
1/2 lb sorrel, remove stems and tear

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked shrimp, cilantro and avocados in bowl.

Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the shrimp mixture and mix gently.

Toss with lettuce and sorrel and place in serving bowl.

Enjoy!
