5 cups ground cukes(12 large seeds removed and peeled)
2 large green peppers
2 large red peppers
1 large stalk of celery
2 cups diced onion
4 cups white vinegar
4 cups sugar
2 tablesooons mustard seed
1 tablespoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all cukes together and let stand over night in 1/4 cup salt and 6 cups water (use a plastic pail)
Wash/rinse with cool water and let drain for one hour. Move to large pot and bring to boil with vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, and tumeric. Add chopped veggies and cook ntil clear 10 to 15 min. Seal in jars leaving 1/4 in headroom
