"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1-2 cans of peaches
1 Yellow Cake Mix
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix following directions on the box. Heat up charcoal. Pour peaches into Dutch oven. (Don't drain them as the juice will keep the cobbler from burning.) Pour cake mix over peaches and season with brown sugar as desired. When ready, place 1/3 of coals under Dutch oven and 2/3 on top of the lid. Check the cobbler after 5 minutes to gauge how quickly it is baking. Remove cobbler from fire when the cobbler is golden brown.
