1 Large bunch Cilantro
1 bunch Green Onions
1 small can chopped Black Olives
1 small can diced Green Chilies
1 small can diced jalapenos (optional)
10-12 large Roma Tomatoes
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 package Good Season’s Italian Dressing mix (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing per package directions and set aside.

In large bowl combine canned ingredients. Dice tomatoes and green onions and add to bowl. Finely chop cilantro and mix in to bowl. Mix in cheese.
Pour dressing over all and mix well. Chill and serve with chips, also great on tacos and omelets.
