10 onions
12 apples
30 tomatoes
1 quart sugar
1 quart white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. each of ground cloves, spice and cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Scald and peel tomatoes. Grind onions and apples. Combine all ingredients in a very large pot and cook until desired thickness-up to 5 hours.
Makes 8 -12 pints depending on thickness.
