1 1/4 Cups Sugar divided
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Butter melted
7 Tablespoons Cocoa,divided
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 Cup Hot Water

Directions:
Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl combine 3/4 Cup Sugar,3T. Cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla beat until smooth Pour batter into a 8x8x2 square baking pan. In small bowl combine remaining 1/2 Cup Sugar, Brown Sugar and 4 T. Cocoa.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over Batter. Pour Hot Water over top DO NOT STIR. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set Let stand 15 minutes and enjoy
