1 c. butter Crisco 2 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 c. sugar 6 eggs 1 1/2 lb. (2 1/3 c.) crunchy peanut butter 4 t. baking soda 2 T. vanilla 8 c. quick oats 1 c. flour 12 oz. pkg. miniature M&M's
Cream together the Crisco, brown sugar, and sugar. Add the eggs, peanut butter, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well. Then add oats and flour. Mix thoroughly, then stir in M&M's. Grease cookie sheets, Drop dough in 1 1/2" balls and flatten slightly. Bake at 350º for approximately 10 minutes.
This is a recipe I modified and the men love this cookie.
