14 oz. artichoke hearts; drained, chopped
1 c. spinach, finely chopped
1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 c. light cream cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated and divided
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. scallions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, cream cheese, 1/2 c. Parmesan, 3/4 c. mozzarella, garlic salt, pepper, and scallions in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish, Top with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake 20 - 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Serve with toasted pita bread strips.
