1 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cups brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pecans on bottom of a buttered 9 inch pan. Combine sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, maintain boiling at medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 7 minutes. Cook to hard ball stage. Remove from heat and quickly spread over nuts. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over top. Cover pan so heat will melt chocolate;. Spread melted chocolate over top. When cold, break into pieces. You may refrigerate to set. Chopped English walnuts, almonds or other types of nuts may be used in place of pecans. Makes about 25 two inch pieces.
