1 Head Cauliflower

Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 c. Milk
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Paprika for Garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cauliflower head until soft. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper, Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, a little at a time. Return to heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place cauliflower head in serving bowl. Pour cheese sauce over top and sprinkle with paprika.
