1 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
1 16 oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups frozen hashbrowns (southern style)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans milk
1 tsp dried minced onion
salt & pepper to taste

1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, combine hamburger, vegetables, hash browns, soups, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into 9" x 13" inch glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake 30 minutes. Increase temperature to 400º. In small bowl, combine bisquick and milk. Drop in spoonfuls onto top of casserole. Return to oven and bake 15 more minutes.

VARIATION: Can use 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken and substitute cream of chicken soup for cream of celery.
