I cup Crisco
2 sticks of Butter
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs
3 1/2 Cups Cake Flour
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon

add 5 tbs cocoa and 1 cup black walnuts for Choc
cake add butter,crisco and sugar together then add eggs one at a time beating at each addition. sift flour adding alternately with milk beginning and ending with flour add flavoring


icing
1 box confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 tsp flavoring

bake at 325 for 1 hour and 25 minutes
