2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 T. butter
pinch salt
1/2 tsp. onion (dry)
1 T. cream
loaf of party rye bread
Directions:

Preheat broiler.
Mix all ingredients except party rye.
Spread on party rye and broil.
