1 to 1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
3/4 c. oats
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar (or a little less and water to make 1/4c.)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Stir together well with a fork

For meatballs mix hamburger, oats, eggs, onion, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce together well. Scoop out balls with ice cream scoop and place into 9x9 pan. For sauce mix brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meatballs and bake 30 min. at 350, OR cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 14-15 min. (Don't over cook).
