Casserole:
4 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Topping:
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together "casserole" ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.
Mix together "topping" ingredients and put across the sweet potato casserole.
Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
