6 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
3 lemons, juiced and rind grated
1 stick butter, melted
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, lemon juice and rind, butter. Blend together until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a pie shell and bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
