5 cups cooked, shredded chicken breasts
2 16oz. jars mild salsa
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
3 cans Great Northern Beans, drained
32 oz. chicken broth
2 t. cumin
Cilantro and sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except garnish) in a large soup pot. Cook until cheese has melted and the soup is thoroughly hot. Serve in individual soup bowls and garnish with a dollop of sour cream and a sprig of cilantro.
Serves 6-8.
