2 c elbow macaroni 1 c frozen green peas slightly cooked 1 c mayonnaise 1 t salt 1 t pepper 6/8 green onions thinly sliced 1 1/2 c cubed mild cheddar or Colby cheese 1 small can sliced black olives
Cook the macaroni and the green peas in separate pans. Drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate before serving. Great with Ritz crackers. This is really good on a hot summer day!
