Mix cream cheese and Old English cheese together (best of both are at room temp)

Make into a half ball (never stiff enough to roll into a ball so I just put mine on a plate)
Top with crushed nuts (could substitute pecans or almonds)

Personal Notes:
My mom used to make this for Christmas Eve every year (and only at Christmas Eve) so my brother and I savored every bite. Now that my mom and dad go south for the winter I now make this for Christmas eve, but also during Husker games! My boys love this as much as I do.
