5-6 lb Boston Butt Pork Roast 2 16 oz bottles of Kraft Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce 2 tsp garlic powder salt and pepper
Cook 5-6 lb roast in crockpot until fork tender. Drain and remove excess fat and bones if any. In a large bowl shred pork using a fork. May also be chopped in a food processor. Add BBQ sauce and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
