Ingredients:  
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked (I bake mine)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
1/4 - 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
+/- 1/3 stick margarine (at room temp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well with mixer. Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Add topping and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes.

Topping:
Combine brown sugar and flour and mix well. Add small amounts of margarine until a crumb-like texture.
