6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 - 2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Slice and place in baking dish. Dilute soup with milk and pour over potatoes. Put cheese on top and bake at 350 until hot and bubbling.
