3 c mashed sweet potatoes
1 c white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 stick margarine

Topping
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1/3 c margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and margarine. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients until forms crumbles. Sprinkle over potatoes. Add nuts if desired. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
