18 eggs
2 c milk
2 lb sausage browned and drained
1 1/2 tsp salt
12 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
herb flavored croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Spread sausage in a greased 9x13 2" inch baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and cheese together and pour over sausage. Sprinkle croutons on top. Bake @ 325 for 45-50 minutes. Serves 18.
