8 med yellow squash
or 4 yellow and 4
zucchini
1 med chopped onion
8 oz sour cream
2 tsp salt
1 c bread crumbs
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/3 c melted butter
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced squash and chopped onion in water. Drain well and mash. Add sour cream and seasonings and pour into casserole. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter and paprika. Sprinkle over top of squash. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
