1 lb fresh crisp spinach, sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar
1/2 lb crisp crumpled bacon
1 head lettuce
sprinkle salt, pepper,
1 tsp sugar
6 chopped hard cooked eggs
1 pkg frozen, tender sweet peas
small sweet onion
1 pt Hellmans mayonnaise
1 C sour cream
Swiss & cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Layer spinach, bacon, lettuce, salt, pepper, sugar, eggs, peas, and sweet onions. Frost with mixture of mayo, sour cream, and top with cheese. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate over night.
