1 1/2 lbs Fresh Broccoli
1/3 cup Butter
1 tblsp Brown Sugar
3 tblsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/3 cup Salted Roasted Cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Remove broccoli leaves and ends of stalks, cut into spears. Coop broccoli in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain and arrange on platter.

Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and garlic. Bring to a boil. Remover from heat and stir in cashews. Pour over broccoli and serve.
