2 Medium Granny Smith Apples
1/2 Cup Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tblsp Butter
Cinnamon and Sugar mixture to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500. Thinly slice apples (I use a box grater). Melt 1 tblsp butter and saute apples until soft in an over proof pan.

In a medium mixing bowl mix flour, eggs, and milk.

Pour over apples and put in oven for 10 minutes.

Melt 1 tblsp butter and pour over pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture and cook 5 more minutes.
