Oriental Chicken Spread Recipe

4 boiled boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2" pieces
2 T soy sauce
dash ginger
dash garlic powder
8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
4 oz sour cream
3-4 sliced green onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1.2 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/2 cup bottled sweet & sour sauce
small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 green pepper chopped

Marinate boiled chicken pieces in soy, garlic, & ginger overnight
With blender, mix cream cheese & sour cream and spread onto a platter
Place chicken pieces on mixture and add other ingredients in to order given except sweet & sour sauce. Drizzle this on last.
Serve with wheat thins or your favorite cracker
