1 8oz. package cream cheese
2 tbsp concentrated orange juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped dry cranberries
Zest of 1 orange (2 tbsp. dry with 2 tbsp. water = l orange)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped pecan's, (optional)

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, juice, cinnamon and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed, until smooth. Fold in the orange zest, pecan's and cranberries. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers
