3/4 c. Milk - scald 1/2 stick butter/margarine 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt
Dissolve: 1/2 c. warm water 2 pkgs. yeast 3 1/2 c. flour butter
Mix milk mixture and yeast mixture. Add 1 egg and beat. Mix in 2 c. flour and beat until smooth. Mix in the remaining 1 1/2 c. flour. Cover and let rise 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Grease bottom of pan. Form into buns and place into pan and let rise 1/2 hour. Bake 400º for 12 - 15 minutes
