1 bunch asparagus stalks (about 20)
Extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Trim woody end off stalks (about 1" or so). Put asparagus on a plate. Drizzle olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Put asparagus on grill over medium/high direct heat. Turn often for about 5 minutes until nice grill marks appear. Take off grill and put back on plate. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over stalks.
