Sift: 1 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. rolled oats Combine: 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/3 c. crisco shortening 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 egg - beaten 1 c. pumpkin 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped nuts
Gradually mix sifted items and drained pumpkin alternately with combined ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 12 to 14 minutes.
