2 green bell peppers, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
˝ cup green onions, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 stick butter
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2-8 oz cans Rotel diced tomatoes
1# crawfish tails, peeled OR shrimp
Tony Chachere’s seasoning to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté green pepper, celery, green onions, onion & garlic in butter. Add soup & stir until smooth. Add Rotel & mix well. Add Tony Chachere’s , salt & pepper. Simmer 10 minutes, then add crawfish or shrimp & bring to boil. Simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
