5-5 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1” pieces
½ cup cream of chicken soup
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 # fresh mushrooms, sliced & sautéed in butter
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 T sherry or lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
2 T minced onion
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 (3 ½ oz) can fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients except cheese & onion rings & turn into a 9z13” greased pan. Top with cheese & onion rings. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
