Pudding:
2 cups cranberries (1/2# fresh)
¼ cup sugar
½ cup molasses
2 T soda in 1/3 cup hot water
dash salt
2 cups (1/2#) sifted flour

Sauce: Serve HOT!!
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup whole milk

large shot of rum

Directions:
Mix pudding ingredients in order given with hand mixer. Pour into an 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Batter will be very thick.
Can make 1 ½ recipe and do in greased & floured bundt pan. Bake 60 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan

Sauce: Serve HOT!!
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened (@ 20 minutes) Add large shot of rum right before serving
