1large fryer
¾ cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 flour tortillas
¼-1/2 can Rotel
¼-1/2 pkg chili seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 medium onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken. Boil onion, celery & salt in water ‘til tender. Cool chicken & cut in pieces. Add soups, Rotel, chili mix & green pepper to onion, celery & water (1 ½ cups) Arrange tortillas (broken pieces) in bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Cover with ½ chicken pieces & then soup mixture. Repeat. Cover & bake 350 for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven & sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven & bake until cheese is bubbly.
