Do-ahead Sausage Brunch Recipe

2 cups seasoned croutons (1 box)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 # link sausage
4 egg
2 cups milk
tsp dry mustard
tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut up sausage, brown, drain, & cool.
Line bottom of greased 8x12 pan with croutons.
Top croutons with 1 cups cheese
Add sausage on top of cheese
Beat eggs with 2 cups milk & seasoning. Pour over mixture
Cover & refrigerate overnight
Dilute mushroom soup with cup milk
Pour over brunch mix & top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered 300 for 1 hours
Let set 10 minutes before cutting
