2 ½ cups seasoned croutons (1 box)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 ½# link sausage
4 egg
2 ¼ cups milk
¾ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up sausage, brown, drain, & cool.
Line bottom of greased 8x12 pan with croutons.
Top croutons with 1 ½ cups cheese
Add sausage on top of cheese
Beat eggs with 2 cups milk & seasoning. Pour over mixture
Cover & refrigerate overnight
Dilute mushroom soup with ¼ cup milk
Pour over brunch mix & top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered 300 for 1 ½ hours
Let set 10 minutes before cutting
