1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
4 T sugar
1 tsp ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1large onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade & pour into deep pan
Add meat & pierce with fork several times to tenderize
Marinate at least 24 hours in refrigerator. Longer is better
Turn meat several times. Remove meat from marinade & grill it. Let it rest a few minutes. Serve it sliced into ¼- ½”slices

Above marinade is enough for 3-4# meat
