2-3 chopped onions
3-4 stalks celery chopped
1/12-2 cups water
1 ½ # ground chuck
About 8 mushrooms chopped & cooked in butter
½ of a 14 oz bag Brownberry sage & onion croutons
3 oz craisins (handful or so)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chopped onions and chopped celery in about 1/12-2 cups water

Brown & drain ground chuck,add mushrooms chopped & cooked in butter

Soften croutons in celery onion water. Add chicken broth if too dry

Mix onion & celery in with meat & mushrooms.
Add craisins (handful or so)

Add crouton mixture & mix well.
Put mixture in a casserole dish
Bake 350 for 20-40 minutes

Can be made a day ahead.
Serve 12-15 or more especially with all the other foods at Thanksgiving
