3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine. melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mini marshmallows (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla extract, beaten eggs, milk, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1/2 cup of pecans to the potatoes. Pour into greased baking dish.

Topping
Mix flour, melted margarine, brown sugar and 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange mini marshmallows 1/2 in. apart on top. Bake at 350 for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted delicately.
