Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients well

Add:
1 cup oil
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini

Mix well
Pour into 3 small or 2 large baking tins
Bake 350 1 hour
