4 eggs
1 cups milk
Dash cayenne pepper
2 cups aged Swiss cheese grated & tossed with 2T flour
cup cubed ham
cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether & pour into a deep dish pie crust
Bake 375 for 1 hour

Quiche can be frozen after cooking. To reheat, cover with foil (to avoid burning top) & heat for 20 minutes at 350
