Pizza Bread Recipe

1-1# frozen bread dough thawed according to package directions
1 T butter melted
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
tsp Italian herb seasoning
2 T Parmesan cheese
3 oz pepperoni, sliced paper thin
1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 350

Press or roll dough to a 12x18 in rectangle

Spread butter over surface of the dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, Italian herb seasoning, and parmesan cheese

Place pepperoni in a single layer over the crust to cover the entire surface. Spread provolone cheese over pepperoni

Beginning at the narrow end, roll dough into a cylinder. Pinch seam closed.

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden

Remove from oven and cool slightly before cutting into 2 inch pieces.
