½ cup mayonnaise (no substitutions)
2 T flour
2 eggs beaten
½ cup milk
12 oz crabmeat (can use “fake” crab)
8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup diced green pepper
¼ cup chopped green onion
8 oz can mushroom pieces, drained and chopped
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 unbaked 9” pie shell with high fluted rim (if buying frozen, buy deep dish)

Directions:

Mix mayo, flour eggs and milk.
Add remaining ingredients and spread in pie shell
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until golden
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
